1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and pusat4d ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the pusat4d platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and all other interactions with our services.

By accessing the pusat4d website, downloading our app, or registering a new account, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to comply with all terms outlined in this document. This acceptance is final and binding from the moment you begin using the platform.

3 Account Registration and KYC Verification Process

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at pusat4d. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and freezing of any available balances.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a mandatory industry-standard procedure to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform. Players may be required to provide the following documents:

• A valid and current copy of a national identity card or passport.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus value must be wagered 20 times).
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose requirements are not fulfilled within that period will expire automatically.

• The use of automation software, bots, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Responsibility and Usage

• Not share your login credentials with anyone under any circumstances.
• Ensuring that devices used to access pusat4d are not accessible by unauthorised parties.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to our customer support immediately.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an additional layer of security.

Pusat4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from a player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is solely your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us before the activity occurred.

Players are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the pusat4d platform is lawful under the regulations of their place of residence. pusat4d does not provide legal advice and accepts no responsibility for any legal implications a player may face as a result of using the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Pusat4d reserves the right to suspend or close any player account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The player has violated any part of these terms and conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The player provided false or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple accounts have been registered by the same individual.
• The player used unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons not involving a terms violation, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their original payment method after the required verification process is completed.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the pusat4d customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

Pusat4d provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet all specific player requirements. However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues promptly.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pusat4d shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet disruptions and third-party server issues.
• Losses arising from legitimate and fair game outcomes.
• Damage to a player's device arising from improper use of the pusat4d app.

Pusat4d's total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

10 Amendment of Terms and Applicable Law

Pusat4d reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For amendments deemed material (those that may significantly affect players' rights or obligations), notice will be provided via:
